How to Measure: Based on the actual measurement of your feline friend's neck size, measure the neck size by snuggly wrapping a cloth tape, rope or string around the neck and then measure for the exact length. Please DO NOT measure an existing collar length, we make all adjustments necessary to add extra holes for your cat's comfort. NO REFUNDS: Due to the fact that your collar is custom made for your cat, we do not refund. We do not keep a stock of any kind, each collar is made after the order is placed. Of course, if we have made an error meeting the specifications of your order, we will remake it at no charge.
